During inclement weather (like a snow or ice storm) our office may open late and/or close early. The safety of our patients and our employees is our priority. If the St. Louis city and county area is experiencing inclement weather, please call the office prior to leaving your home to confirm that the office is open.
If our office is closed due to bad weather and you have an urgent concern, please contact our exchange at 314-747-7069. If you feel your child needs to be seen when our office is closed, please go to the nearest (open) urgent care or emergency room. If your child has an illness or injury that you believe is life threatening, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room.
If we delay opening our office in the morning, we may open at noon if road conditions allow. If conditions have not improved sufficiently by noon, we will remain closed for the day.
